Jordan Rodman has over 32 years of experience defending developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and material suppliers in construction defect litigation throughout Northern and Southern California. Jordan’s practice currently focuses on high-end custom homes, large tract housing developments, commercial and industrial projects, as well as significant governmental, school and university improvements. He has successfully litigated hundreds of complex, multi-tiered and high exposure lawsuits through mediation, arbitration and trial. Jordan has also defended property owners and builders in premises liability and job-site injury cases, and counsels private contractors on contractual negotiations and risk management policies. He also has significant experience defending vehicular and other personal injury matters.

Jordan has been a court-appointed mediator for the Sonoma County Superior Court, and is a member of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California, where he has lectured on recoverable expert costs and fees in litigation. When he is not in the office or a court room, Jordan can be found with his family enjoying the Sonoma and Napa wine country, snowboarding on the slopes of Northern California and Utah, or scuba diving in tropical destinations in the Pacific and Caribbean.

Jordan obtained his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law, and is licensed to practice in California, as well as the Northern and Central Districts and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jordan has been selected to the Northern California Super Lawyers list from 2020-2026.
