Michelle joined the Rodman and Associates team in 2019 with over twenty years of Civil Litigation Paralegal experience. She began her career in Santa Clara County with an Associate in Science Degree in Paralegal/Legal Assistant Studies. She has enjoyed working in various areas of litigation including personal injury, insurance defense, construction defect, estate and probate litigation, and IP law. Michelle has also been a Notary Public for over sixteen years and currently has a commission in Sonoma County. She is a member of the National Notary Association and joined the American Bar Association as a legal professional.

Michelle volunteered her time with Amigos de las Americas and spent 6 weeks in Oaxaca, Mexico doing work for this organization. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, bicycling, gardening, cooking, writing poetry, swimming, and going to the beach.
