About Holly Toschi
Holly has over 20 years of experience in civil trial litigation. She has previously worked as a legal assistant and paralegal at various law firms throughout the Bay Area and has extensive experience with insurance defense, complex litigation and construction defect cases. She was also a Managing Paralegal for a nationally recognized civil rights and election law firm, where she managed and trained paralegal staff across the firm’s office locations in addition to assisting on high profile cases for various media, political, and business clients.
Holly was born and raised in San Francisco and attended San Francisco State University where she studied psychology. In her personal time, she enjoys live music, writing, cooking, and exploring the California Coast. Outside of her professional career, Holly is an award-winning photographer whose photography has been featured in various local exhibits. Additionally, she is a true crime researcher and is developing an upcoming podcast series on the Zodiac killer. She currently lives in the city with her rescue dog Roo.
